AWB Funeral
These crazy racist mofos. :( I don't like em, not one bit.
Wait, so they allowed you to be there and take photos. You not of their skin color, how did you pull this off. Ps the salute is more like the one used by Nazi's
Yeah, how did you manage a snap inside the lions den?
What a story this is... caught a lift with other photographers from the Star newspaper, youngest in the group set off to the funeral in one car.
There was a few Black journos there.... but the funniest thing is that i didn't know the church was White only, so me being me i broke away from the pack and thought i wanted to get a head start to the church, in search of the best angle, bad move. I got chucked out the church by the biggest bunch of red necks i've ever seen. but that wasnt as scary as, after that i joined the group of journo cause a few white journos saved me from an ass kicking by saying i was working with them. They advised me to join the group cause its safety in numbers when u shooting hostile situations..... wait for it here was the scary part, as im shooting side-by side with another grapher all i heard in afrikaans from an AWB supporter, "today the AWB flag would be drenched in Kaffir(Nigga) Blood". as i heard that, the grapher next to me accidentally stepped on an AWB members shoe in the march and got slapped. But not just any slap, that shit sounded like that crack sound you hear at your window from an thunder storm. shit was so hard i felt like i got slapped.... once i heard that my eye closed behind my camera eye-piece and sed a lil prayer.... Lawd i thought this is where i rest, but shit didnt get hectic.
But we followed the proceedings to his farm where he got buried. I can proudly say ive been on Eugene Terre'Blanche's farm and made it back alive....lol
WOW Leeroy, you one brave human being. I would have left after getting kicked out of the church

what Lebo Shmoove said, twice.
fascinating -- every time I go through Ventersdorp I feel an eerie silence
so much is unsaid there
