it was random, was shooting Teko at a soccer feel in Soweto for an idea i thought of for the clothing brand Head Honcho, the kids were there and screaming his name i couldnt keep the kids out the shot so i thought fuck it why not have them in it, told them all to look up and it turned into a inspirational piece.... so no real art direction or pre thought idea its just like anything else... but hey as soon as you have lights in it ppl stop thinking like that....

I like the idea of the kids 'looking up', but you don't get the full effect of it type thing. by that i mean he should come across as a 'god to these kids' type of thing.
Not sure how you'd pull that off though.
