Hello,

I an aim to try to manage problems efficiently and effectively, I have come up with way of communicating those errors.

Firstly, I would need you to send me an email (or if you are on skype or google-talk) you can just im (instant message) me with the 'bug' or problem you are facing.

The information I will need is three fold.

1. the url (that is the web address) of where exactly you are encountering the problem.
2. what the 'screen' is saying, if the error message is displayed, if nothing is on screen then say so.
3. and lastly I need to know what you were attempting to do.
